Summer Dinner

In the summer we want to eat light and and eat without cooking too much.
so :
Gilled chicken cutlet ( I like thigh and my husband likes breast)
Season the cutlet with a combination of : oil, salt, onion powder, pepper, oregano - grill chicken for use broiler to give it a golden crust.
on the side: boil orzo pasta with broccoli florets and pour over spinach to wilt.
Chop: cucumber, shallots, cherry tomatoes.
Combine the pasta & veggies and dress with oil & vinegar -salt & pepper
Serve chicken over the veggie/pasta
