Early fall BBQ

Say goodby to summer by cooking outside but eating inside. Try to stay outside as late in the season by BBqing kielbasa whole, Marinated pork ribs, chicken breasts and thighs with BBQ sauce .

While the meats are cooking nibble on chips and smashed avocados with salsa.
Wine and beer goes well.

Easy Potatoe Salad:
Boil 5 lbs of potaotes, enough for 8-10 people. Allow to cool, then peel with fingers, and roughly chop into 1 inch cubes.

Celery, carrots and onions finely chopped.

Blend with a few tbs mayonnaise and  1 tbs cider vinegar. Salt and pepper to taste.
Refrigerate till flavors blend, about 1 hour.
