Ginger Tea

 I love coffee and know several ways to make it and have tried dozens of different brands, but often hear that one should drink more tea.

So, I have a recipe that I intend on keeping in my tea box since it has ingredients that I can keep in my pantry.

Recipe;

4 cups of water

1 1/2 inches of ginger lightly scraped and sliced

4 star anise

1 cinnamon stick

boil the water and simmer for at least 10 mins till 30 mins 

pour over a tea bag and sweeten with honey or sugar or milk
