Grandma Vivian's ' Sm. Balls . Chop Meat '

Family has always amazed me, and finding out I am a unicorn of 95% Ashkenazi Jew with 5000 DNA relatives but none who I am in touch with is amazing. The pandemic and death reduced my family more. My two daughters and my 3 nieces are my only millennials and 1 niece is a Gen Z. Besides DNA families share recipes. My American Jewish Grandmother Sylvia, burned the Campbells Soup string been casserole taste into my mind. Grandma Vivian had recipes that were so yellowed and stained that they morphed you into the past.

I could go on and on about what a lady Vivian was and how she taught me how to be one. She kind of raised me but I never called her mom, I was too modern for that. On her deathbed I realized that I wanted to and probably should have but, I know she holds no hard feelings she was too much a lady.
