Summer Pool Party

I have some friends coming over to see my new condo and enjoy the pool and jucuzzi.
When they first come I want to offer them seltzer, rose wine or bloody mary
I use pepper absolute vodka
tomato juice, green olives, celery, horse radish & splash of worstishure
Stacy's Pita chips & Sabra Hummas with roasted peppers

2 kinds of salads
Greek salad- chopped cucumbers, tomatoes, peppers, red onion, feta & grilled shrimp
dressing- minced garlic, oregano, dijon mustard, red wine vinegar, olive oil

Roasted Cauliflower, over couscous, cucumber, tomatoes, tzatziki, spiced oil

Dessert is strawberry  & blackberry - handmade ice cream
