Passover Seder For Family
Whenever I invite more than 10 people I first think its no big deal. However, When I've been cooking all day and my back aches, I know it is a big deal. I think its worth it though and I do it in a "It is what it is..." kind of way.
Perfect Matza ball ( floaters)
I took a poll once and decided that the only matzoh balls I’m going to make are floaters. Working on the recipe I Think I came up with the perfect one. I also tested if the batter needs to stay in the refrigerator for an hour before cooking. I found that it is absolutely necessary, because if you don’t you end up with them falling apart. You can see the difference between the two pots of matzoh balls.

Passover:
I ordered from a Jewish item catalogue kids games for the 4,8,10,21,22,25,29 year olds to play together in the den. I ordered from Challah Connection a matching game, masks, coloring book, and crayons, or you can make games.
Appetizer is matzah and humous or chopped liver.
