New Years Eve ( bring a casserole)

New Years Eve has the best television ever. There is Dick Clarks Rockin Eve hosted by Ryan Seacerest for an example. The title is a mouthful but those who remember DCLark will always think of him when thinking NYE. He made NYE TV happen in the USA for many years. This year some friends agreed to watch the shows with me and of course asked what they could bring.
NYE Party Menu

Ruffle cut potato chips with sourcream and onion dip
pretzels
olives
cheese n crackers

Drinks
Cosmopolitans- cranberry juice, lime juice, tripple sec and vodka -serve in martini glass
Red wine
Champagne
Soda Stream seltzer

Dinner
Honey Baked Ham - Im Jewish so I buy my ham for it to be soft and taste great since I never made one
assorted mustards and mayonaise
Assorted rolls (sliced)
Friends Bring casseroles:
Eggplant Parmagene
Baked Ziti ( meat and ricotta cheese)
Spanish rice sausage and chicken

Caesar Salad with home made croutons

Dessert
Chocolate raspberry cake
flourless chocolate cake
chocolate covered butter cookies
mini danish ( eaten for brunch the next day)
3 colored seedless grapes

Have plastic to go containers for left overs - send home or freeze

Now settle back enjoy the party and post many pics with props- hats, glasses, blowers

Party game: everybody writes down the craziest thing you ever did and put it in a bowl anonymously then pull out and laugh while everyone guesses who it is.
