This time I made two lazagnas one ground beef & sausage the other veggie w eggplant & zuccini. Meryl from two doors down brought a good salad & Jill from next year brought pigs n blankets.

I served hurricannes, white & dark rum, orange juice, grenedine, lime juice, garnished with lime.

recipes for the lazagna:
boil pasta, saute onions, put aside, deglaze pan with cup of pasta water, saute sausage (take from case), ground beef, add jar of pasta sauce small can of canned dice tomatoes, chopped parsley.
2 cups of ricotta, 1/2 cup parsley, cup of romano, 1/2 cup mozzerella
Layer  pasta meat, pasta cheese, pasta meat, pasta mozzerella cheese
salt and pepper to tast.

Tonight is dinner at Meryls I made a cream of cauliflower soup.

Simmer cauliflower whole, with 4 whole onions,2 large potatoes 1 hour, water to cover.
add 2cups milk, 4 table spoons of butter. pepper, paprika, salt
blend till smooth with immersion blender.
